Refunds & Returns

Some of our products are personalised, just for you. That can make some returns a bit difficult, but we are not unreasonable.

Please get in touch with us about any issues within 7 days of delivery.

 

Damaged or Missing Goods?

We pack things carefully, however parcels can get damaged sometimes, and some even go missing...

To make a claim we will need a few things from you within 7 days of delivery:

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label.

  • A photo of the broken item, including the personalised details.

  • Your order number and details, emailed to sales@kustompixel.com.au

Keep the box and/or packaging until we reply. Australia Post can sometimes ask for an in-person inspection at your local post office before the insurance claim is processed. Once it is approved, we will send a replacement straight away.

We will work with you to resolve any issues.
